Information About Funds

They are a positive and simple way for friends and family to remember a loved one or for someone that has survived cancer to celebrate life. The funds can be set up by a family member and/or friends in the name of their loved one. Family, friends and colleagues can support the fund in a way that is right for them.

Your donations will ensure the continuation of our work to support other families in Northern Ireland affected by cancer and fund vital local research which improves treatments and survival rates.

All gifts, proceeds from events, sponsorship and direct debits are added to your loved one's fund, so you can really see it grow and how it helps support people with cancer in Northern Ireland.

Each year 8,700 people are newly diagnosed with cancer in Northern Ireland. Many of them need support, practical help and advice to cope with the implications of having cancer, and we are there to provide that support.

UCF has spent £10 million on local cancer research which has seen improved cancer treatments and also increased survival rates. We are committed to continuing our support for people living with cancer in Northern Ireland and your Forget Me Not Fund can change the lives of people in our community today and for generations in the future.
