Ben Nevis Challenge 2011

16/09/2011 - 18/09/2011

The ‘Ben’ sits majestically at the head of Loch Linnhe, its presence dominating the landscape from all corners of Fort William and Lochaber. At 4,408ft / 1,344m, there are spectacular views over the Western Isles of Scotland.

Join us for a challenging experience to ascend the 4,408ft of Ben Nevis, UK’s highest mountain.

We will be walking up a long, uneven and strenuous track all the way to the top. This will be a very full day of walking from 7am right through to 5pm with the possibility of being out in very bad weather.

Generally the fitter you are the more you will enjoy your challenge. Make sure you get regular exercise in the months before the trip – obviously getting into the mountains is the best preparation!

On receipt of your registration form you will be sent a complete fundraising pack as well as a guide to any equipment that you may need.

This event is organised by Outdoor Concepts who have an in depth knowledge of organising innovative events, here in Northern Ireland, in Great Britain and overseas!
