Join us for a challenging experience as you climb 4 of the highest peaks in the UK – Slieve Donard, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.
With little sleep you will be expected to keep walking no matter what the weather conditions – hot or cold! There will be stops along the way to refuel on snacks and drinks and on Saturday evening you will be able to rest your head in Bed and Breakfast accommodation before your start your ascent of Snowdon!
Generally the fitter you are the more you will enjoy your challenge. Make sure you get regular exercise in the months before the trip – obviously getting into the mountains is the best preparation!
On receipt of your registration form you will be sent a complete fundraising pack as well as a guide to any equipment that you may need.
This event will last approximately 40 hours (Slieve Donard to Ben Nevis). The total walking distance covered over the entire event is 'very approximately' 49km (31 miles).
Whatever your reason for rising to 'The Challenge' this will be one of the most memorable experiences you will ever have!
Cost: Registration fee - £90.00. Minimum sponsorship required - £900.
